If you are unhappy with an item you have ordered and received by mail, we will gladly take it back (as long as its unused) and refund you the original purchase price, excluding shipping & handling charges, if returned within 30 days. In the unlikely event that we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will gladly take back that item and credit you the purchase price, and original shipping costs. In addition, we'll provide reimbursement to cover the cost of your return postage.

Your purchase from Zhaveri Jewelers is a high quality piece of jewelry manufactured with the utmost skill & care using modern manufacturing techniques. We guarantee that if any gemstones fall out due to a manufacturer’s defect within a year of purchase, we will replace any gemstone up to .05cts at no charge and provide free labor. Damage resulting from misuse, lack of care, an accident, and the effects of normal wear and tear are not covered by this guarantee. Watches purchased from us are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. A copy of these warranties will be provided upon request. |

Returning a Purchase
To return an item to Zhaveri Jewelers, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-917-438-9291 and inform them of the return. For your protection, please send all returns via insured mail or courier. If you are returning an incorrectly shipped or defective item, call our Customer Service department toll free at 1-877-ZHAVERI (942-8374) for assistance and reimbursement of shipping charges.

When gift items are returned, we will credit the original purchaser's credit card or alternatively issue an in-store credit for use in the future. Upon receipt of your return item and verification of the same, we will issue a credit to the original credit card used for the purchase. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for items shipped back to be received by us. This is normal for items shipped to St. Maarten from the USA.
